Simple Present Tense (class Sep.19,2012)

Example 1

Affirmative        

     He wakes up at 6:30.

Negative

     He does not wake up at 6:30.

Yes/No question  

      Does he wake up at 6:30?    Yes, he does.  or  No, he doesn´t.

Info. question    

      What time does he wake up? At 6:30.
      What does he do at 6:30? He wakes up.

Example 2

Affirmative

     The boys play marbles in the house.

Negative

     The boys do not play marbles in the house.

Yes/No question

     Does the boy play marbles in the house?   Yes, they do.   or  No, they don't.

Information question

     Where do they boys play marbles? In the house.
     What do the boys do in the house? They play marbles.
  

Personal Pronouns

 

Students cut and paste the Personal Pronouns on their notebooks.  They practiced and learned them.
